TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking with Khlo Lorraine’s Hair Lounge, you agree to all policies listed below.
- All appointments must be booked through the official booking site.
- Accurate contact and payment information is required.
- Prices may change at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for disrespect, unsafe behavior, or policy violations.
- Results vary based on hair condition and aftercare; we are not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed hair history or lack of maintenance.
- Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all bookings.
- Deposit goes toward your final balance.
- If you cancel, no-show, or arrive late beyond the grace period, the deposit is forfeited.
BOOKING POLICY
- All bookings require full name, email, phone number, and payment info.
- A reminder AND the address will be sent the day before your appointment.
- Come with hair in the condition listed of washed and blow dried.
- No extra guests, children, or pets allowed.
- Failure to follow booking instructions may result in cancellation.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations = Result in a warnings, after three warnings, you will be restricted from future bookings.
- 10-15 minute grace period only. After that, the appointment may be cancelled.
- No-shows automatically lose deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.
REFUND POLICY
- All services are non-refundable.
- If you are unhappy with your service, contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix (if the issue is due to our work).
- Fees for no-shows, late cancellations, and deposits are non-refundable.
